What the tracker can and cannot tell you
The starter archive records selected source-supported announcements, not a complete history, live feed, or account-level verification. A public announcement does not guarantee that a reset applies to your plan or account. Dates may be known only to day precision. Your own Codex account is the authority for your allowance.
Timers and expectations
